Short Sale Certification

I am off to the West Maricopa Board (Wemar) this morning for a day of continuing education. I get my CSSN designation which means Certified Short Sale Negotiator. Short Sales have increased in great numbers and are going to overtake the foreclosures in the not so distant future. Bank of America are typically getting 35000 short sale requests a day on a national level which equates to 1750 per day! They are here to stay for quite some time in Arizona as it will take a considerable period before price increases negatethe lost equity that was experienced here in the valley!
